"A hands-on workshop where YOU are the butcher.

Our very popular, hands-on pork butchery lesson from professional butcher & author Jamie Waldron where you break down an entire Linc Farm pastured pig from snout to tail.

In this class, YOU ARE THE BUTCHER! It is a hands-on experience where you will learn about each cut and how it can be used. This class has a limit of 8 people and each participant goes home with approximately 20-25lbs of pork at the end of each class.

This class will sell out, so it's best to reserve your tickets early!"

We're pleased to be hosting another butchery class with Jamie Waldron. We had so much fun hosting the last class, this will definitely become a tradition.

 

Only 8 spots are available per class!

In addition to Jamie's expert instruction, and 1/8th of our best Berkroc pork, we'll treat you to a glass of Southbrook Vineyards wine and a tour of the farm.

If you can't make the tour, take a rain cheque and join us for the class at 5:45.
